“Then the Pharisees went out, and held a council against him, how they might destroy him. But when Jesus knew it, he withdrew himself from thence; and great multitudes followed him, and he healed them all.” Mathew 12: 14 & 15.
There is a saying that, “a straight tree never stay long in the forest.” If we apply this to God’s blessings, it will help us a lot. We all know that it is not good to hide God’s blessings, but wisdom demands we know how to behave and relate with others. Everyone we come in contact with is not a christian, even in church. We should give thanks to the Lord and even share the testimony of what the Lord has done in our lives; but thereafter, be wise on how to relate with people. It is not everyone that laugh with you wants your progress.
Jesus withdrew himself! He knew all men, he knew they would seek his downfall. Jesus is God in the flesh, he knew God’s protection on him was sure, but he still applied the principle of “Watch and Pray,” he applied both physical and spiritual principles of protection.
If you want to live long to enjoy the blessings of God in your life, you have to apply the Principle of Timely Withdrawal. You have to know when to withdraw from certain people. You have to learn the wisdom of sharing your testimony on the altar. You have to learn the level of your good deeds to some people. As I have said earlier, it is good to be good, but the aim of some of the help seekers is to know your financial strength, and devise a way to weaken it.
Don’t let devilish people send you back to zero Level! They can come as real wolves, but most time they will come as wolves in sheep clothing.
It takes a man with spiritual eyes to see this. Hence, be warned! A time is coming that you will fully manifest. Your triumphal entry is actually coming. When you are just climbing, it is easy for the enemy to pull you down, hence, don’t announce your climbing up; get to the top before you announce to the public. They will try to pull you down, but it will amount to futility.
No matter how good you are, some people are just devil incarnates. They hate goodness; don’t be surprised if they hate you for doing good, it is just in their nature. It’s the nature of a bee to sting. Don’t make yourself known yet because of these people. Don’t fully show who you are to them, give it a time. This doesn’t stop you from doing good; it’s just beckoning on you to be wise. Esther didn’t fully made herself known, because he had been warned by his uncle, Mordecai.
Be warned and be wise!
