Matthew 20:10 – “……, for the workman is worthy of his meat.”
Many individuals and businesses are not succeeding despite the hard work they put into their job. It’s not because money is not coming in torrentially, but due to an unknown secret of success.
The way God works, thinks, and does things is different from the way men do. Men think by holding unto money is what makes one rich. This negates the “Law of Increase.” King Solomon says in Proverbs 11:24, “There is he that scatters, and yet increases; and there is he that withholds more than is meet, but it tends to poverty.
The law of increase is based on how wisely you can SPEND money, not on how wisely you can SAVE money. And one of the ways money can be wisely spent is to pay your workers very well (if you an employer), and pay every professional that has rendered a service unto you very well (if you are an employee).
The workman is worthy of his meat! As you are paying your workman promptly and correctly, their hearts would continuously pray and bless you.
In banking sector, financial institutions are blessed, not because they deal in and with money, but because they pay their workers well and on time. They scatter, and as they do, they increase.
Withholding is not bad in itself, but there is a money percentage for that, you can find out. If you withhold more than it is necessary, it tends to poverty, and not unto riches.
That was the reason Jesus paid every servant hired, whether at the first, third, sixth, ninth or eleventh hour, well. That is a powerful secret of success in business, revealed by our lord, Jesus Christ (Mathew 20:1–9).
The workman is actually worthy of his meat, and there is he that scatters, and yet increases; and there is he that withholds more than is meet, but it tends to poverty. If you want to be successful in life, pay your workers and every professional that has rendered one service or another to you well and pay them as at when due.
