‘Failure’ Is Not Found in My Lexicon

‘Failure’ is not found in my Dictionary! Could it be, the page where the word was, was torn? Could it be it was scrapped by a razor? Could it be I have a Dyslexia? Could it be it was omitted during production. Could there be a typographical error that made it another word?

Meanwhile, it appears sometimes, disappears, reappears, and disappears. Until it was permanently faded into the world beyond. Is this an illusion or what? May be a mystery?

It is a mental dictionary, and failure was not found there. Failure is not found in my mental dictionary! I see failure as a temporary defeat, which is very paramount and important for one to be successful. I see it as a necessary tool to fashion a successful endeavour.

      1. Please allow me to say that. I did not know a blogging community existed until I started posting stuffs on my website. You spurred my journey from the early stages as I combined typographic expressions with spoken words. You inspired me and I am sure many others too. Thank you very much indeed. Highly appreciated!

        1. It takes humility to be great! As you’ve learnt from many authors and some others, so also I did. Nothing can stop our greatness in life. Just write it down, and see it come to pass in a twinkling of an eye! Do have a nice day and stay blessed! Who knows how many lives your blog have affected positively?

  1. It pays to be positive always. Vito Ferrari, a character in one of Chase’s novels said: “Human beings fail because they think about failure but I Vito Ferrari succeed because I think of success”. My guiding principle too. Great post.

  2. I needed to hear this. Failure is only a temporary setback not a life sentence. We prove we’re strong and succeed by making it through every day, and breathing through all the obstacles life throws our way. I need to keep this remimder at the forefront of my mindm Thank you for reminding me.
